Don't we all wish that we had a crystal ball and could predict the future? Trying to time the sale of your home in order to get top dollar is like trying to time and predict the rise and fall of the stock market. Even the best and brightest economists and Real Estate Agents can't predict what the market will do, so you shouldn't try to time the Real Estate market either.
